Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Curacheck website and verification service (the "Service"), provided by DRX Consulting Group, LLC ("Curacheck", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

The Service

Curacheck verifies provider legitimacy and discount eligibility using identity verification, the NPI/NPPES registry, and public exclusion lists, and returns eligibility outcomes to the requesting organization. Curacheck provides a decision-support signal; it is not a credentialing, licensing, background-screening (FCRA), or medical service, and outcomes must not be used as the sole basis for any adverse action against an individual.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful provider-verification purposes and with a valid basis to process the personal data involved.
  • Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to circumvent the security or tenancy controls of the Service.
  • Do not represent Curacheck outcomes as licensure, credentialing, or a guarantee of a provider's qualifications.

Data

Your handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For provider records an organization submits, the organization is the controller and Curacheck the processor, under the applicable data-processing terms.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties (including an identity-verification provider, cloud infrastructure, and commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Registry and exclusion data originate from third-party and government sources and may be incomplete or out of date; issuance of an NPI does not by itself establish licensure or credentialing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curacheck will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as needed to protect the Service.
